Information & Decision Making

  • How can we ensure the right information is available in a timely and transparent fashion?
  • How do we expect sensitive news to be shared? How can we make sure each of us is given the trust to handle it appropriately?
  • How do ensure an appropriate amount of inclusion, reflection, and speed are embedded in important decisions?
  • Where are we at risk of being misunderstood? What can we do to help us truly be on the “same page?

Trust

  • How can we improve our assumption of positive intent when we relate with each other?
  • We default towards giving each other trust, first. How do we respond if we feel that trust has been broken?
  • We encourage freedom. We ask for accountability. How can we be more explicit about what that entails?

Responsibility and accountability

  • If we sense that something needs to happen, how do we share it? How can we make it easier for others to share?
  • If our expectations are not met, how do we explore that disconnect for the benefit of all of us?
  • When is our responsibility ambiguous or open to interpretation? What would help us be more clear and certain in what we should do next?

Diversity and Experimentation

  • How can we encourage different perspectives, ideas, and different points of view?
  • How do we benefit even more from our collective wisdom and intelligence?
  • What parts of ourselves don’t show up at work? Why not?
  • What questions should we ask each other to invite more ideas?

Safe and caring workplace

  • When do we experience fear and separation?
  • When do we experience belonging and connection?
  • What could encourage more belonging and connection?

Learning

  • How do we adapt, learn and share from change and challenges?
  • How can we best benefit from failures?
  • What feedback could help us? How can we ensure that feedback is shared?

Relationships and conflict

  • What do we expect from someone if they see us on the Drama Triangle? (being a Persecutor, a Victim or a Rescuer)
  • How do we challenge and test the stories we are telling ourselves?
  • How do we constructively address, resolve and grow from conflict?

Purpose

  • What makes us proud to be with this organization?
  • What is important to each of us?
  • If money were no object, what would you be doing

Planning the future

  • How do we prepare for a future we can’t predict?
  • When we didn’t see it coming, how do we want to react?
