Introduction

  • I got laid off Dec 2022 – month of pity and deciding if I was going to seek employment
  • A big concern for self-employment was how it would affect my family – income and benefits
  • Started SEP January 3
  • Early on, I valued the structure when I was just staring at a computer screen, gave me something to do. Now, I really appreciate that MNP is part of my network. They help me keep accountable and share perspective so I’m not so alone.
  • Before, I was a facilitator, trainer and coach – lots of years helping others be at their most effective – quarter life crisis
    • comfortable all day and sleep restlessly, uncomfortable all day and sleep like a baby
  • I’ve always thought differently and was pretty quick to challenge things that didn’t make sense.

  • A lot of that is supporting operations. A small “other services” part is the fun transformational stuff.
  • I don’t think I have “competitors”
